Overview
All products sold through jasonjoss.com are digital coaching products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products — where access is granted immediately upon purchase — all sales are considered final by default. However, we are committed to handling every situation with fairness and good faith.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions and preview materials carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us before buying.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
Self-paced online courses: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
Live group coaching programmes: A full refund is available if you cancel before the first session begins. No refund is available once the programme has started.
1-on-1 coaching sessions: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Digital downloads (templates, guides, workbooks): All sales are final. Because these files are delivered and accessible immediately, no refunds are issued.
Bundles or packages: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered for unused components only. Partial refunds may apply.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:
You have accessed more than 20% of a course or programme
A live group session has begun and you have attended one or more sessions
A digital file has been downloaded or accessed
More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date (for self-paced products)
The request is based on a change of mind after substantial use of the material
You purchased through a third-party platform — their refund policy applies
Technical issues are an exception. If you cannot access a product due to a fault on our end, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at info@jasonjoss.com with the following:
Your full name
The email address used at purchase
The product name
A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
We will respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
If we are unable to approve a full refund, we will explain why and may offer an alternative resolution such as a credit, a programme transfer, or an extended access period.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the matter faster than the formal dispute process. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to programmes while the dispute is under review.
